Time domain: convolution reverb
Takes an unbalenced intrument level inout and convertes it to a line level balenced output.
takes the amp colored signal and converts it to a balenced line level output.
takes a balanced line level input and converts it to an unbalanced instrument level out put.
Our booking for project 3.
This week I helped a couple students with their signal flow exam.

What?
What activities have I completed this week?
This week we went over the theory of time domain again. We went into the studios to use DI and reamp boxes. We continued working on our project 2 and started to plan our project 3.
So What?
So, what have I learned this week?
This week we learned about time domain and reverb and how to use it to more effectively place elements within a mix. We learned about the DI boxes and ramp boxes and how to connect them up using two methods. Methode 1 was running very long cables between the studios and the live room and method 2 was to use a small patch leed to re-route signal from the interface into a mic tie to bring it into the live room for use with a re-amp box. Then we learn more about reamping and how it's done in studios professionally and how it can be used within a post production sense to shape a sound.
Am I on the right track with this unit?
Reamping andi Di boxes are one thing I know bits and pieces about but never really learned much about so being able to learn about it was really good for me. I need to work on my learning jurnal and reflections but they're getting a bit better.
Now What?
Now what will I do to move forward?
I want to start working on project 3 by working on the pre production plan with nick and Ryan. I will look more into balanced verse unbalanced cables and the electronics that go into converting them.
